Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of BookedUp, operated by Parker Davidson, a sole proprietorship in Millsboro, Delaware. By using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

BookedUp answers calls and text messages sent to your business phone number, answers questions using information you provide, and books appointments into a calendar. It sends confirmations and reminders to your customers.

It is an assistant, not an employee. It only knows what you tell it, and it hands anything it can't answer to you.

Your responsibilities

• Accuracy. Services, prices, hours and staff availability come from you. If they're wrong, the assistant will repeat them to your customers.
• Keeping the book current. If you take bookings by phone, in person, or through another system, add them to BookedUp. We can only avoid double-booking against appointments we know about.
• Your number. You confirm you're authorised to use the phone number you connect.
• Lawful use. Don't use the service for marketing blasts, unsolicited messaging, or anything prohibited by carrier rules or the law.

Free first month

Your first month is free with no card required. If it hasn't produced a booking by the end of it, you owe nothing and we part on good terms.

Billing

• Plans are monthly, in advance, and start after the free month.
• No setup fee and no contract.
• Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the current month. We don't pro-rate partial months.
• Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email.

Cancelling

Email hello@bookedupsys.com and it's done. On request within 30 days of cancelling, we'll export your bookings and customer list and send them to you.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Text delivery depends on mobile carriers, who occasionally delay or block messages for reasons outside our control.

What the assistant might get wrong

The assistant uses an AI model, and AI systems can make mistakes. It's constrained to your real services, prices and availability, and is instructed to hand off rather than guess — but you should check your book. You remain responsible for your appointments and your customers.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, missed appointments, or indirect damages.

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Your data

You own your business information and your customer list. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell it, and we don't use your customer list for anything except running your service.

Ending it

Either of us can end this at any time. We'd suspend an account for non-payment, or for use that puts our carrier registration at risk — in which case we'd tell you why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
